✅ Exchange Policy

You can request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The item is unused

  • Original packaging and tags are intact

  • You provide proof of purchase (Order ID, invoice, or WhatsApp screenshot)

  • Sale/discounted items are not eligible for exchange


🚫 Items Not Eligible for Exchange:

  • Skincare & personal care items

  • Used or damaged products

  • Items with open packaging or missing tags


🔙 Return Policy

Returns are accepted only if:

  • The item is  defective, incorrect, or incomplete

  • You report the issue within 24 hours of delivery

  • You share clear photos or videos showing the problem


✅ If Your Return is Approved:

  • We’ll arrange pickup or guide you through the return process

  • You’ll receive a refund, replacement, or voucher based on the case
